Your Facial Skin

Your facial skin

Do you have a soft, smooth, clear, attractive and glowing facial skin ?
If so you are the fortunate one. The beauty of the skin will not last long with the advancing age.Normally, worries, tensions and coupled with the climate effect, many women look aged even in their prime. There are a couple of means to keep up your youthful glow, but the best is to look after your skin and maintain a routine for the skin.

Facial skin is of three types

Normal
Dry
Oily

Normal skin

Normal skin is one of the best which retains freshness. It requires very light make up, it should be washed with soft water, if the tap water is hard you can soften it by adding little " borax powder" to it.To keep up the glow of your skin, wipe off your make up before going to bed with a good cleansing cream.Do not use make up at least once in a week so as to let your skin breath fresh air.

Dry skin

Dry skin should be protected against wind, sun, and water, it is very sensitive to the weather, and it is prone to wrinkles. Dry skin should not be washed with cold water nor should use any astringent lotion instead, before bed-time after cleansing better to use a good  non- alcoholic freshner which might give some freshness. Diet rich with vitamin A,B,C,D should be taken.

Oily or Greasy skin

This type of skin is prone to pimples and dark shadows, and requires frequent cleansing at least three times a day. Sulphur soap is beneficial. Before retiring to bed clean your face with a good cleansing cream or with unboiled milk. Avoid greasy food and drink at least 6 glasses of water daily. A greasy skin does not require make up, and if skin is left greasy pimple and black heads may appear. Cleansing the pores with steaming once a week is very effective in keeping skin grease less. Use a face pack after steaming.
